These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Zee Bright Property Care Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website or confirmed in your booking.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in AUD.

• Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept bank transfer, card payment, or invoice payment.

• Additional charges may apply for tasks not included in the original quote.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking may incur a fee.

• If our cleaners arrive and cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide safe access to the property

• Secure pets

• Inform us of any hazards

• Ensure electricity and water are available

5. Breakages & Damages

If accidental damage occurs, notify us within 24 hours.

We are covered by Public Liability Insurance for verified claims.

6. Health & Safety

We comply with the WHS Act 2020 (WA).

Cleaners may refuse any task that is unsafe or outside the agreed scope.

7. Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service:

• Report within 24 hours, and

• We will return to fix the issue at no extra cost (within reasonable scope)

8. Staff & Contractor Conduct

Our staff and contractors:

• Are police-checked

• Are trained for cleaning tasks

• Are covered by Workers Compensation (where applicable)

9. Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Items not disclosed as fragile

• Mould, stains, or permanent marks requiring professional restoration

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
